The apartment downstairs is approximately 120 square meters in total, featuring a spacious bedroom, kitchen, hall, toilet, and shower room. With additional beds, the apartment can accommodate up to five people.

The teacher's studio upstairs is a generous 50 square meters, with a living room, sleeping alcove, kitchen, toilet, and shower. The studio is ideal for two people, but it can accommodate three if necessary.
